Return & Refund Policy
At NASAQ, we value your trust and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our engineering and design services.
1. Consultation & Design Services
Since NASAQ services are customized technical and design works prepared specifically upon the client’s request, they are subject to the following rules:- Service requests can be canceled and fully refunded if the engineering team has not yet commenced work on the project.
- If the initial design phase has started, a percentage of the total value will be deducted as administrative and technical fees, and the remainder will be refunded.
- Refunds are not possible once final blueprints or designs have been delivered or approved due to the custom nature of the service.
2. Order Amendments
We provide flexibility in modifications to ensure the desired outcome is achieved:- The client is entitled to two (2) free revisions of the initial design, provided they do not conflict with the core engineering master plan.
- Any substantial structural modifications after final approval may be subject to additional fees agreed upon in advance.
3. Products & Materials (If Applicable)
In case of purchasing decor materials or furniture pieces through our store:- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and must not have been installed or used.
- The client bears the costs of shipping and returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Services that have been fully executed and delivered to the client.
- Products that were manufactured or customized with specific measurements based on the client’s request.
- Damages resulting from misuse or incorrect installation by third parties.
